ToolsPixel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tools and content on toolspixel.online for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic from the site for the purpose of building a competing service using our work without attribution.
• Use ToolsPixel for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data through any contact form or API endpoint.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with ToolsPixel or impersonate the project.

All tools, calculations, and content on ToolsPixel are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ToolsPixel makes no warranties that:

• The site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the tools will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Third-party APIs used by our tools (ipwho.is, Cloudflare) will be available or accurate at any time.

Specific accuracy limitations by tool:

• Internet Speed Test: Results reflect connection throughput to Cloudflare's nearest edge server at the time of the test. They are not a certified measure of your ISP contract speed and should not be used as grounds for ISP disputes without professional diagnostics.
• Online Compass: Accuracy depends on your device's magnetometer calibration and local magnetic interference. Not suitable for marine, wilderness, or aviation navigation.
• Online Measuring Tape / Ruler: Accuracy depends on manual screen calibration and browser zoom level. Not certified for precision engineering, legal measurement, or construction.
• GPS Coordinates (Latitude & Longitude Finder): Accuracy ranges from ±3 meters (outdoor GPS) to ±50 kilometers (IP-based fallback). Not suitable for surveying or legal boundary marking.
• Age Calculator: Uses your device's system clock. Results may differ from legal definitions of age in your jurisdiction (e.g., some legal systems count age as reached on the day before the birthday anniversary).
• Dead Pixel Checker: Results depend on your display calibration, room lighting, and visual acuity. ToolsPixel cannot guarantee that all defects will be detected or that detected spots are definitively manufacturing defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolsPixel, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use any tool on this website.
• Any decisions made based on tool results (medical, legal, financial, navigational, or otherwise).
• Inaccuracy in speed test measurements, compass readings, GPS coordinates, or other hardware-dependent tool outputs.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the website or any individual tool.
• Actions of third-party services referenced or linked from ToolsPixel.

ToolsPixel tools are provided for informational and general utility purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional advice — medical, legal, navigational, engineering, or otherwise.

The ToolsPixel name, logo, website design, tool interfaces, written content, and blog articles are the intellectual property of ToolsPixel and its contributors. All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated.
