1. Use License & Acceptable Use

Tools Pixel provides browser-based utility tools free of charge for personal or commercial use. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source scripts of this site for malicious replication.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to flood or spam our backend speed-testing routes or other APIs.
• Use our recorders, compasses, or trackers inside frames or embeds that attempt to mislead users or misrepresent authorship.

2. Disclaimers (Accuracy & 'As Is' Clause)

All tools and calculations on Tools Pixel are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees of any kind. Specifically:

• Network Speed Test: Results reflect approximate connection speeds measured under browser-constrained sandbox environments. They should not be considered definitive network diagnostics.
• Online Measuring Tape: Accuracy depends directly on browser zoom configurations and card template calibration. Values are approximate and not certified for industrial scaling.
• Online Compass: Heading alignment is subject to local magnetic interference, device hardware tolerance, and calibration accuracy. It is not suitable for marine or wilderness survival navigation.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tools Pixel, its developers, or its affiliates be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on our site, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
